I have a terrible time trying to leave a message. I can't remember my password, I can't read the letters in unreadable type, so I'll just send a real e-mail message.
And of course I have no idea who left the anonymous message, but if you can leave a message saying that it is too difficult to leave a message, why can't you leave the message about whatever it is that you want to talk about instead of leaving a message about the fact that it is difficult? I don't understand this. And I am watching for a private email to come in so I can figure out who you are and what you want to say, but nothing yet.
It occurred to me after I left the anonymous message that it would have been helpful to anyone reading it to say in the message what the message was about.
Oh, well.
Now I'm using what I think is my user name and my password. Let's see if that works.
No, it didn't work. Maybe I'll set up another Google account. But I am getting annoyed.

Our Apartment
for October 2010
How it Got Started
October 2008: "The flight to Buenos Aires has a layover in Lima, Peru," he says. "Peru. How interesting. So we should stop off in Peru for a few weeks, yes?" "Sounds right to me. November 12th OK with you?" December 2009: So that's how the whole Peru experience started out in 2008. We fell in love with the place and here we are back in Lima for a 2-month stay in 2009-2010. After that, who knows? Maybe this will become our next home. September 2010: And here we are on our way back for the 3rd time. We've packed up and left Costa Rica (after 8 years) and are looking forward to finding our next permanent home - in the great city of Lima, Peru!
OK. So it's $2.48 Now
Gene just pointed out to me that "most Peruvians miss the $2 lunch, too. So I recalculated it, based on today's exchange rate. And anyhow, we're back, so we're not missing it any more. We're enjoying it!
While we were in the states, I ordered some of my own fridge magnet creations with photos of fish in the markets (see above). I am happy to say that they are awesome. Now I just need a fridge to put them on!

Oh! So sorry to hear that! I thought that if you clicked on "Anonymous" below that you didn't have to do any of that other stuff!

Hi,
It occurred to me after I left the anonymous message that it would have been helpful to anyone reading it to say in the message what the message was about.
Oh, well.

OK, new account. But I will probably forget the password by this evening.
Testing
Larry: I don't understand why you keep leaving messages saying that you can't leave a message! Huh??? I am totally confused.
Laurie
Hi,
I'm so pleased I've figured out how to leave a message, I'm leaving another one!
Can you get Lima beans there?
You betcha!
I am so frustrated. I can't figure out how to type. Wish I could leave a message. :-)
