There's always something going on in Parque Kennedy. One day last month while walking through the park, we came across this fun event. The writing on the piano says "Play Me - Piano for Everyone!" It was just sitting there in the park, waiting for anyone who felt like it to turn out a tune. The young man in the picture entertained a bunch of us with a wonderful spontaneous concert! I love this place!

Didn't they do that in San José, too -last year for several months? There were maybe half a dozen pianos, also painted in different colors stationed around town for the same reason. There were articles in the Tico Times and in AM Costa Rica, IIRC...

No kidding, Paul! I didn't know about the one in San Jose. Cool! Although I can't picture how they could have left pianos outdoors there, what with the rain!
