What marvelous city views you will have. Which floor will you be on? There is no little red arrow' in your photo to show us which one it will be.
Are you buying finally, or still renting -so you can edge further south if needs be? (I don't know what made me ask that.)

Aha! Great idea, Paul! I've added an arrow on the next post. And yup! We're finally buying! We're going to be grown up home owners! But we may still edge further south again from time to time!
