Please! Put up explanatory headings or captions with your photos. (Except the cookies, of course. I recognize my favorite food when I see it.)

Judy aka Cookie Muncher.

Yeah, Judy - thought I would get someone with that one! The one, of course, is the continuing saga of the building next door which will end up directly in front of our balcony. The other is this week's mini-disaster of our wall being torn up to repair a plumbing leak after the downstairs neighbor discovered creeping moisture across his ceiling. I forgot to include the black screen tv, but that has been repaired now, too. Life goes on...

Judy is right. With pictures like the hole in the wall, we definitely need explanations. I guess they didn't check for leaks before opening the building to residents. Hope that is the only one. Gail

I sure hope they didn't wreck your new floor with all that concrete. I don't see any protective covering down there. Does anything ever go smoothly with you guys? Gail

Protective covering? What's protective covering? Ha Ha Ha !!! Actually when the plumber first arrived, Gene was running around trying to find the plastic we had bought when we were painting. When it couldn't be found, I guess it didn't occur to him to use those big plastic bags. Anyhow, it never really occurred to me that the plumber would do that much damage without putting something down! What was I thinking??? Anyhow, that was actually our second plumbing issue so far. I don't know if I posted about the first one, but it happened at midnight... a whole river flowing from the bathroom.
