The Real Estate Boom Continues
And this is why we would no longer be able to afford to buy in Miraflores. Happily, we've discovered that we like Magdalena del Mar even more - and the prices there are about where the Miraflores prices were when we were first looking 2 1/2 years ago!

Claro, soy curioso. Me parece que Peru es tan y tan lejos de me vida aca en Hollywood Florida. Para mi, el problema mas grande es la distancia entre Lima y Miami.
Di me algo, hay una playa en Miraflores? o sea, una playa muy cercana?
Durante Julio y Augosto hace mucho frio? Temperaturas menos de 0?
Hace nieve?
